1.1 Introduction
Using the Visual Identity Guidelines
This resource is intended to help all those who communicate on behalf of Limestone University to understand how we can consistently and effectively represent the Limestone brand visually.
An institution's brand is much more than a logo; it symbolizes an institution's vision and values. Successful symbols (logos) and logotypes (distinctive word arrangements) are shorthand for all that an institution stands for and shared with stakeholders to promote that message.
It is up to all constituents of Limestone University to build our brand and make it a strong presence throughout our local, regional, national, and worldwide communities. This means using our brand lements thoughtfully and consistently.
Please follow these visual identity guidelines and ask questions when you have them. All new internal, external, an digital materials must be submitted for approval to the Department of Communications & Marketing before they are produced and released.
